All registered amateur players must conform to the USGA Rules of Amateur Status as specified in the USGA Rules of Golf. Players verify that they have not received renumeration other than specified by the USGA Rule of Amateur Status. All prizes for the Indexed Amateur Division will be in the form of non-cash Prize Vouchers.

Scratch Amateur Players can choose to compete in one of two ways: They can participate in the Open Professional Division (same entry fees) and compete against the Pros for the same prizes winnings, in the form of non-cash Prize Vouchers - per USGA and FLGPA Tour guidelines, or they can compete in the Indexed Amateur Division.
